The new Thor 'Air Twist'™ fastening system offers effective frame fixing and batten fixing with remarkable speed and great simplicity, as timber elements are anchored to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) using a neat single action roto-hammer setting tool.

Replacing conventional wall plugs, screws and hammer-fix products the rapid-drive AirTwist™ delivers extraordinary holding power, offering significant performance and cost benefits over alternative timber to masonry fasteners.

The helical twist nails or dowels can also be driven into brick, stone and concrete via a small pilot hole. The low-cost SDS drive adapters facilitate rapid fastening rates that allow wall plates or mud sills to be anchored to concrete or masonry in record time.

The versitile headless helical dowel is also well suited as a quick fix, high performance timber-to-timber fastening.
